Before Your Call | Daydreamers — Shopify CRO & Landing Page Agency

Everything You Want To Know Before The Call

Every question, concern, and objection answered. Read this before we talk so we can spend the call on your actual funnel, not the basics.

How We Actually Test

The most common source of confusion before the call. Here's exactly how it works.

No. You never touch the original ad. When we build a new page, we duplicate the winning ad set and point the duplicate to the new URL. The original ad keeps every like, comment, and share. The only thing that changes is where the traffic lands.
No. That's too many variables and the data becomes unreadable. We test within formats before we test across them. If we build a listicle, we use Intelligems to split traffic across 4 to 6 variations of that listicle to find the winning layout. Once we have a winner, we iterate on it. Then we move to the next format.
If you're spending $50K or more a month on ads, you have more than enough traffic. Intelligems handles the math. It splits traffic evenly across variations and tells you exactly when a test has a statistically significant winner. You run your ads normally. We read the data in both your ad account, Shopify, and Intelligems to tell you what won.
Replo is the page builder. We use it to build landing pages directly inside your Shopify store. Each page gets its own URL. Intelligems is the testing platform. It connects to Shopify and splits your traffic between the page variations. Replo builds the pages. Intelligems runs the tests and measures the results. We prefer to develop liquid inside your Shopify though.
Pre-sell pages like listicles and advertorials will almost always convert lower than a product page, and that's expected. Their job is to warm up colder, broader traffic that needs more education before they're ready to buy. We measure success at the campaign level. Is overall ROAS improving? Is ad spend scaling? Is the page warming up traffic that then converts downstream? We look at the full picture, not just the page-level CVR in isolation.

What You Actually Get

No vague "strategy." Here's the exact output every month.

On average, we ship 2 to 3 net-new pages per month. That means a new listicle, a new advertorial, a full product page rebuild, or a new homepage. Not counting variations. For every net-new page, we build the corresponding split-test variations. We also run 4 to 8 A/B tests per month through Intelligems, create monthly CRO reports, and handle all the conversion strategy, copy, design, and development. It's a constant flywheel, not a one-and-done project.
Never. We use proven conversion frameworks, like the custom bundle builder we built for Livfresh, but the design and copy are built from scratch for your brand. We review-mine your customer comments, your ad copy, and your support tickets to make sure the language matches your specific avatar. If your brand has a unique voice or a niche audience, that's exactly what we build around.
Yes. We build presell pages in Replo for speed, but we prefer to develop directly into your Shopify Liquid theme. We actively try to minimize the number of apps you're running. Bloated app stacks slow down your store and kill conversions. Cleaning up technical debt is part of the membership.
Yes to all of the above. Any page build you need, whether that's VSL landing pages, quiz funnels, lead-gen capture pages, BFCM launch pages, or bundle builders, is in scope. If you have an external email or SMS team that needs a specific page built, we handle that too. Any page build request goes into that month's roadmap and we ship it. The only thing we don't do is VSL video production itself, video editing, or creating new assets from scratch. We can refer you to people for that.
No. Email and SMS retention is an entirely different skill set. We stay in our lane, which is everything post-click on the page and funnel side. We can refer you to top-tier email and SMS agencies we trust. What we will do is build any landing page or pop-up page that your email team needs.

What Happens After You Sign

Day one is not a kickoff call. Day one is diagnosis.

Week 1 is diagnosis. We do a deep dive into your Shopify analytics, heatmaps, and funnel drop-offs to find exactly where revenue is leaking. We don't guess. The data tells us where to start.

While we build the roadmap, we fix the low-hanging fruit on your existing pages. This is our Quick Wins program. A headline, a hero section, a buy box. These go live fast and start moving the needle immediately.

By week 2 to 4, we wireframe, design, build, and launch the first new pages. We typically start with listicles to capture broader top-of-funnel traffic. Tests go live by end of month one.

Month 2 and beyond, we've rebuilt core pages, build new landing pages, run A/B tests on the winners from month one, and start compounding. The flywheel is running.

Fast. Once we have your brand's baseline layout built, spinning up a new variation for a specific ad angle takes hours, not weeks. You drop a message in Slack with the new angle. We build the matching page and get it into the test queue. That's the whole point of the flywheel. The infrastructure is already built, so new iterations are cheap and fast.
We request view-only access to your Meta ad account during onboarding. Not to touch it, but to understand what's working. We look at your winning creatives, the angles that are getting clicks, and the messaging in your top ads. That's what we use to build congruent pages. We don't run your ads. We make sure the pages match them.

Who's Doing The Work

Real people. Real team. No Zoom calls required.

No. Over 60% of the brands we work with never get on a video call with us after kickoff. We run entirely async in Slack. We drop Figma links, you leave comments, we ship. You are likely the bottleneck in your business right now. Our job is to remove cognitive load, not add another meeting to your calendar.
You get two main points of contact. A dedicated conversion strategist who owns the creative and copy direction, and a project manager who keeps everything moving on time. You also have direct access to the full team, including designers, developers, and QA, in the same Slack workspace. Jeff oversees every account. It's not a black box.
We use AI for ideation and to speed up certain parts of the process. But the strategy, the final copy, and the design are built by human growth operators. If we shipped AI slop, the 30+ brands we actively work with would have fired us months ago. The brands that trust us with $500K to $3M per month in ad spend need pages that actually convert.
Yes. When we're in Figma, you can jump in and leave comments or edit copy directly. Once the page is built in Shopify, it's easy to make copy changes on the back end without touching the design. We lead the strategy and execution. You have full visibility and control at every step.

The Hard Questions

No contracts. No lock-in. Here's the math.

Pause. No fees. No contract. No termination penalty. We built the pause-anytime structure because we know you've probably been burned by an agency before. One that took a fat retainer and disappeared after shipping two pages. The risk is on us to deliver output and lift your CVR. If we're not delivering, you pause. That's the deal.

$5K a month is the cost of one mid-level designer. We are giving you a team of senior conversion strategists, designers, developers, and a project manager. Hiring this team in-house costs $15K to $30K a month before benefits and management overhead. We do it for $5K with the same output.

We don't discount the membership. The price is structured low because we run it across 30+ brands. If you're spending $80K or more a month on ads, a tiny 0.3% CVR lift pays for the entire retainer in the first month.

The average brand stays for 6 to 8 months. There's no contract forcing them to. They stay because the flywheel keeps compounding. Every test informs the next one, and the output keeps improving. Some brands have been with us for over 2 years. The ones that leave usually do so because they've built out a full in-house team and want to bring the work inside.
The pause-anytime structure exists exactly because of that. You don't have to trust us upfront. We also don't sell strategy decks and disappear. We guarantee output. 2 to 3 net-new pages a month, every month, with A/B tests running. If the pages aren't shipping, you pause. That's the accountability structure.
Nothing. Set yourself a deadline. If you haven't shipped a new, fully tested landing page in the next 14 days, come back. Every week you don't fix this, you're paying for traffic that isn't converting at its potential. The brands that win post-iOS 14 aren't the ones with the best ads. They're the ones with the highest page testing velocity. The longer you wait, the more that gap compounds.
